Background
I work at the intersection of AI, software development and organisational change. For more than a decade, I have helped startups, public organisations and large Danish companies move from ideas and use cases to systems that people can actually use.
Today I run LambdaRidge, building enterprise-ready AI tools for software development. Before that, I worked in KPMG NewTech on AI strategy, training, technical leadership and implementation.
01 Find the useful problem
I facilitate inspiration and training, identify and prioritise use cases, and turn them into business cases and implementation plans.
02 Build the system
My work spans machine learning, generative AI, automation, process design and software architecture. I have led internal GenAI solutions and redesigned compliance-heavy processes.
03 Make it stick
I teach executives, developers and other knowledge workers, helping AI initiatives become grounded in governance, quality and day-to-day work.
